This notice covers the Janwani Digital website, support communications and Fix It as described below. It is the shared privacy notice for the games identified on this page. New games and material changes to data use will be documented here or in a clearly linked game-specific notice before that processing begins.
When you visit this website
Our hosting and delivery providers process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to deliver pages and protect the service. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which provides website delivery and security services.
We have not added advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, newsletter tracking or third-party media embeds. The contact form prepares an email locally and does not upload its contents to a website database. See Cookies & storage.
When you contact us
We receive your email address, the name your email account supplies, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer enquiries, investigate problems and manage privacy requests. Providing it is voluntary, but without enough information we may be unable to help.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment information, client secrets or unnecessary personal details. Our support email is provided through Gmail. We do not add support contacts to a marketing list.
Fix It privacy details
The current Fix It build saves level progress and game settings locally through TikTok’s game storage. It reads device and window information to size the game and handles touch input to run gameplay. Our game does not upload those touches or local saves to a Janwani Digital server.
The TikTok SDK is called to obtain a temporary login code. In the current build, no Janwani Digital login backend is configured, and the code is not sent to one. We do not receive your TikTok password or request contacts, precise location, camera or microphone access.
Advertising, purchases, external analytics and cloud saves are not enabled in this build. Hints and extra time are free on request. If a later release introduces advertising or other data processing, we will update this notice and any required choices before enabling it.
TikTok separately operates its platform and may process account, device, diagnostic and usage information under its own Privacy Policy. Its processing is distinct from what Janwani Digital receives.
Why we use information
We rely on legitimate interests to maintain a working, secure website, respond to player enquiries and investigate faults, balancing those interests against your rights. Where necessary to fulfil an agreement with you, we rely on performance of a contract. We rely on legal obligation where applicable to handling statutory requests or retaining required records.
We do not use personal information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal information.
How long information is kept
We retain support correspondence while an enquiry is being resolved and only as long afterwards as needed for follow-up, recurring issues or legal obligations. We assess the nature of the issue, whether a dispute remains open and whether a record is still necessary. You may ask us to delete correspondence.
Local game progress remains in the platform’s device storage until it is cleared or removed. Janwani Digital cannot remotely restore or erase a save it does not hold. Hosting providers retain their operational records according to their service policies.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we rely on consent for a future feature, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To object to our use of your information or exercise a right, email janwanidigital@gmail.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
Younger players
Our TikTok games are subject to TikTok’s minimum-age and regional access rules. We do not knowingly ask children below the platform’s minimum age to provide personal information. A parent or guardian concerned about information sent to us can contact our support email.

The date above records the latest revision. We will keep game-specific details current and bring material changes to players’ attention through the relevant service where required.
