These terms apply to this website and Janwani Digital games that link to them, including Fix It. The website and our games are operated by JANWANI DIGITAL LTD, registered in England and Wales. Read these terms before using the service. Additional platform terms apply when you play through TikTok or another platform. A game-specific notice will identify any additional conditions. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Access and eligibility
Use games only through authorised access provided by the relevant platform. You must meet its applicable minimum age and regional requirements. Where required, a parent or guardian must agree to your use. Access to a test version may be limited to authorised testers and is not a promise of general availability.
We do not operate a separate player account system on this website. Keep your platform account secure and follow its terms.
Playing our games
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to use the website and authorised game versions for non-commercial entertainment. Do not misuse the service, introduce malicious code, disrupt other users or exploit faults to interfere with the game. These terms do not restrict activities that applicable law expressly permits.
Game progress, features and availability can vary by version and device. Back up or preserve your platform data where supported. We do not promise cloud recovery for progress stored only on your device.
Virtual items, hints and advertising
Virtual cash and other game items are gameplay features. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. The current Fix It build does not offer paid purchases or advertising. Hints and extra time are free when requested.
If a future game or release offers rewarded advertising, it will explain the reward and any completion requirement before you choose to watch. Availability may depend on the platform or advertising provider. Any future paid feature will have its price and relevant purchase terms shown before payment. These terms do not authorise an undisclosed charge.
Content and feedback
The games, branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights held by their respective owners. Permission to play does not transfer ownership. Third-party names and trademarks remain with their owners. Janwani Digital is independent of TikTok and does not claim endorsement by it.
You may send feedback voluntarily. We may use suggestions to improve our services without promising payment or confidentiality. Please do not send material you do not have permission to share.
Changes and availability
We may update games, correct faults or change features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable or required by law. Test builds may change more frequently. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but will use reasonable care and skill in providing services.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address a serious breach of these terms, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Responsibility and your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For consumer use, we remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, to the extent required by law. The services are for personal entertainment and we do not accept responsibility for business losses arising from their use.
